WORKSHOPS
The workshops can be booked separately, or as a whole in the order you find below:
Mental Wellness: What and how?
In these workshop, we delve deeper into the aspect of mental well-being and mental health. How do these relate to each other and especially how can you work on this with your youngsters! In addition, we delve into how power dynamics play a role when it comes to our mental well-being.
What is Normal?
We all have an image of what we consider normal, but is it? We look together at what norms are used within different contexts, their impact on who is different and what inclusivity really means.
Safe(r) learning Space
Is there such a thing as a safe(r) space? And what exactly does it take to grow and learn in a safe way as a young person?
We will explore together what these terms mean. In doing so, we look at our own organisation: what works and where there is still room to focus more on safe learning/growth spaces within your organisation.
Setting boundaries
During this workshop, time is spent exploring, recognising and naming your own boundaries as a person (and professional). This is approached in a systemic way using methodologies from Rots and Water and connection work. All workshops are also offered for young people in 3rd grade and higher education.
These workshops preferably take at least half a half-day session.

OP MAAT
Every organisation works differently, and has different needs. Therefore, the possibility of customised work for organisations working with young people in formal, non-formal or informal contexts is also provided. During all trajectories, the focus is on promoting mental well-being and preventing mental problems.
